College Football Betting Update: Big Ten Starts on October 24

College Football Betting. One of college football’s most popular Power 5 Conferences starts their season on October 24. Make sure players know you offer free betting software.

The coronavirus pandemic has affected every walk of life, including all major sports in the United States. The good news? Both the NBA and NHL finished their seasons by crowning a champion. Major League Baseball starts their championship series the week of October 11, and the NFL, although with some hiccups, started their season more than five weeks ago.

College football’s season began a week before the NFL’s. The Big 12, SEC, and ACC have already had significant games. Alabama battles Georgia on October 17 in the most critical Southeastern Conference matchup of the season. First ranked Clemson already beat Miami, one of their top rivals in the Atlantic Coast Conference, and Texas and Oklahoma played the Red River Rivalry game on October 10.

Even though the SEC, ACC, and Big 12 have kept college football fans satiated, no Power 5 Conference except for the SEC shows as much passion from fans as Big Ten gridiron followers.

College Football Betting – Top Big Ten NCAAF Teams

Ohio State Buckeyes

For the Buckeyes, it all starts with Heisman Trophy candidate Justin Fields. We must credit the future first-round NFL Draft pick for making the Big Ten take another look at a spring season. After the conference decided on a spring season, Fields showed his disappointment.

Nebraska players and families sued the conference to play a fall season, but Fields is the player that made his voice heard first. Now, Justin and the rest of the Ohio State Buckeyes have a chance to win a National Championship. Already, Ohio State is the second choice, even ahead of SEC powers Alabama and Georgia, to win the title. Only Clemson offers lower odds. If the Buckeyes don’t go undefeated in a Big Ten season with just eight games, your players will be disappointed.

All you must do is remember what is a bookie to determine the best course of action. Ohio State covered in their first six games last season. If the Buckeyes do that this season, your OSU playing sports bettors could make a mint. So, use gambling software to manage wagers on the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Penn State Nittany Lions

The Nittany Lions send five players along the offensive line with starting experience to the field. That’s a good thing. Offensive line experience is one of the best indicators of how well a team will play in their upcoming season.

The Lions also return Sean Clifford at quarterback. Clifford averaged 254.7 points per game. Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 31. The Nittany Lions take on the Buckeyes at home. If Penn State provides the upset, they could move into the CFP Rankings depending on how Notre Dame, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama perform.

Expect plenty of wagers on both sides in that game. Use sportsbook software to manage action.

Michigan Wolverines

2020 could be coach Jim Harbaugh’s final season in Ann Arbor. The only thing Wolverines fans care about is beating Ohio State. Harbaugh has beaten the Buckeyes a total of zero times as the HC at Michigan. That won’t cut it.

As bookies can probably guess, there’s a massive drop off from Penn State to Michigan. The Wolverines start the season versus Minnesota, another second-tier Big Ten squad after the Buckeyes and Nittany Lions. Because Michigan must replace their quarterback and four starters along the offensive line, expect the Maize and Blue to be disappointing against the spread squad.

Per head may have to use the Instant Action Ticker and their layoff accounts to manage wagers against the Michigan Wolverines. Those are a couple of the tools bookies get when they sign up for a pph sportsbook that offers our software.

Wisconsin Badgers

The Badgers must reload after they lost their top five players to either graduation or the NFL Draft. Wisconsin should still challenge for the Big Ten West Division trophy, which means the Badgers could end up in the December 19 title game versus the Buckeyes or Lions. Your college football betting players won’t expect them to beat either Ohio State or Penn State, though. Bookmakers like you shouldn’t either.

Minnesota Golden Gophers

Seven starters return on offense. That alone makes the Golden Gophers the team to beat to win the Big Ten West. Minnesota lost just two games last season.

Their offense should handle a Wisconsin Badgers’ defense going through a transition. The Gophers return just five starters on defense, though. That will make them a challenging play to win the Big Ten Championship should they make the title game. Still, if Minnesota shows an affinity to cover spreads, if they drub the Michigan Wolverines on October 24, use the ticker and your layoff account to manage future action when required.
